Afghanistan and Pakistan agree to immediate ceasefire, Qatar says

Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to an “immediate ceasefire” at talks in Doha, Qatar’s foreign ministry said early Sunday after more than a week of fighting that killed dozens of people and injured hundreds.
