Russia, US hold ‘frank’ Ukraine talks as Washington slams Moscow’s lack of ‘flexibility’

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio held “frank” discussions on the  Ukraine war during Thursday’s meeting, both sides said. Rubio told reporters that Lavrov had floated something “new” on the conflict, without providing further details.
